The region has an abundance of hotels in all price categories. The organizers have made no deals with specific hotels. If you do a search via Google for hotels in the vicinity of venue you will find sufficient suggestions. Accommodation is also available in Antibes. Letter of Attendance

If you need a Letter of Attendance for the conference/workshop in order to obtain your visa, you can request one by email. A letter can be sent to you as an auditor at the conference/workshop or as an author/presenter of a paper at the conference/workshop.

Please note that due to the current "vigipirate" alert in France, no letters can be issued until the registration fee has been paid. Please register before requesting a letter.
