Call for Student Posters

The International IoT Conference is IFIP's flagship event for research, innovation, and application of the Internet of Things. Now in its 9th year, it will be held in Al Ain, UAE / Hybrid. As IoT is by nature multidisciplinary, the conference covers a wide range of topics.

The areas of interest range from communication network protocols and embedded systems to data analysis and machine learning algorithms, as well as social, legal, ethical, and economic aspects. All these aspects aim to enable a wide range of services in areas such as e-health, mobility, energy, manufacturing, smart cities, and agriculture. IoT deployment must also consider security, privacy, and the social aspects of networking, which must be studied in detail to guarantee real added value for IoT users.

Scope of Contributions

Contributions are sought across the core technical fields of the conference ecosystem:

H/S Solutions and Simulation for IoT and CPS
Electronics and Signal Processing for IoT
Networking and Communications Technology for IoT
AI and ML Technologies for IoT
Cyber Security / Privacy / Trust for IoT and CPS
IoT or CPS Applications and Use Cases

Submission Guidelines

Paper Scope: The IFIP IoT Conference invites student submissions in the form of a short paper (up to 3 pages). Submissions must present original research and clearly communicate the idea and its merit, including ongoing, preliminary, or previously published work under further development.

Review Process: All submissions must follow the conference formatting guidelines and will be evaluated based on the manuscript. Upon acceptance, authors will prepare a poster based on their paper (no additional poster review required).

Registration & Benchmarks: At least one author must register and present to be eligible for the Best Poster Award. Posters will not be included in the conference proceedings and are intended for feedback, dissemination, and networking.
